This page explains the information used when you browse the website or send an enquiry to Izistyle for You.
Who handles the information
Izistyle for You (legal Hebrew name: איזיסטייל למענך, nonprofit registration 580717825) is the controller of the personal information submitted to the organisation. For privacy questions and requests, write to office@izistyle4u.org.
Personal-information requests
The responsible employee is סופיה איזילוב (Софья Изилова). For inspection, correction or justified deletion of information, write to office@izistyle4u.org. If email is inconvenient, use the published telephone contacts to agree a way to make your request.
What you provide
The enquiry form requests your name, an email address or telephone number, the enquiry type and a message. City or area is optional. Donation enquiries may also include your preferred contribution method. We record the website language, consent and submission time with the request.
Your choice and the information needed
Providing information through this form is voluntary; you are not required by law to submit it. Without your name, a message and at least an email address or telephone number, we cannot accept and process an online enquiry. City or area is optional. You may use the telephone, email or other contact channels published on the contact page instead.
How the information is used
We use your details to review the enquiry, contact you and discuss appropriate next steps. Sending the form does not subscribe you to a marketing list. Do not submit sensitive documents through this initial enquiry.
Who can access the information
Authorised employees and volunteers of the association handle enquiries. Authorised technical support and hosting operators may access the information to process enquiries, operate and support the website. The enquiry is stored in the website hosting database and is not published on the website.
Website hosting
The website server and enquiry database are hosted in Israel, at the association partner’s office. External communication services have their own information-handling terms.
Storage and access
Submitted enquiries are saved in the website hosting database, separate from publicly accessible website files. The organisation uses them to handle enquiries. For questions about the retention of a particular enquiry, contact office@izistyle4u.org.
Your rights and how to exercise them
You have the right to inspect the personal information held about you under section 13 of Israel’s Protection of Privacy Law and to request its correction under section 14. If information about you is inaccurate, incomplete, unclear or out of date, you may request its correction or deletion under section 14. Write to office@izistyle4u.org to exercise these rights. Other deletion requests are considered according to the applicable law and any duties to retain information; deletion of every record on demand is not guaranteed.
Website session and form drafts
A session cookie keeps the form secure and shows its submission status. Form drafts may be kept in your browser’s session storage so switching languages does not discard your text. A draft is not sent to us until you submit the form; it is cleared after a successful submission.
External contact and donation services
Email, WhatsApp and any linked payment service have their own terms and privacy practices. When you choose one of those links, you continue through the relevant service. This website does not ask for payment card details.
Analytics
This version of the website does not load advertising or third-party analytics scripts. Hosting systems may keep technical logs needed to operate the site; contact the organisation with questions about them.
