How funds support the organisation’s work

Funds received by the organisation, including proceeds from equipment buyouts and donations, support its needs: buying new equipment, paying for storage and transport, or other needs decided by the governing board in accordance with the organisation’s stated purposes.

An exception applies when a donation is expressly designated for the exclusive use of a specific purpose or programme: those funds are used for that designated purpose rather than the organisation’s general needs.

Donations and tax benefits

Section46 approval has not yet been arranged. We do not present a donation as an established basis for a tax credit under that section. Check donation documentation with the team; a refundable deposit or payment to buy out equipment is not a donation.

We use the details to review your enquiry and contact you about it. Authorised association employees and volunteers handle enquiries; authorised technical support and hosting operators may access the information to process enquiries, operate and support the website.
